Action king Arjun's next venture Om, directed by Ilankannan, is about an ordinary man who fights against all odds for justice and fair play. The duo has earlier worked together in Ottran. Interestingly, director Sakthi Chidambaram, who has worked on several films including Vyabari, Sandai, Rajathi Raja and Guru Sishyan, will produce this film under his home banner; director-turned-actor Sundar C. will appear in a prominent role. Famous Hindi small screen actress Pallavi Subash will be the female lead. In this film, Arjun plays an ordinary young man who is faced with problems from society.
Arjun is also busy with Ajith's landmark 50th film Mankatha.
