Vijay has starred in several romance and action films, including the commercially successful films Poove Unakkaga, Kadhalukku Mariyadhai, Thulladha Manamum Thullum, Kushi, Priyamaanavale, Ghilli, Pokkiri, Kaavalan and Velayudham.
As per the latest buzz, currently Ilayathalapathy Vijay is the second highest paid actor after Rajnikanth. After Velayutham Vijay's salary has been raised up to 20 crores.
